Is Lightspeed good for short of HTB stocks?

I am looking for a broker with a nice list of HTB stocks available for shorting.

I am a resident of Russia and have been working through Interactive Brokers for 3 years (but their HTB stock situation is not nice...)

What is about Lightspeed?

Any other recommendations?

I would say for listed stocks yes, for OTCBB, no. We offer locates from both our clearing firm and from a third-party that have a fee. Between the two, our client seem happy with the results.

I read your testimonials; they do seem happy but then you go on to say: The testimonial may not be representative of the experience of other customers.

So I do not believe your testimonials, they are cherry picked.
