Is it worth it to change from an IB to a FCM?

I would rather suggest you to use services of discount brokers like Fxview and XTB. They will offer you support and guidance through their use of latest technology in providing analytical tools for scanning markets and predicting trends. You can automate your trades as well on Fxview, and install alerts.

They dont have a website. You get an invitation to join them, once you reach a certain monthly volume threshold with a certain broker. It is a pretty exclusive and secret thing, thats why you dont find much about it here on this forum.
But not nearly as exclusive and limited as darjeeling. You definitely won't find anything about that here on this forum.

In Crypto, the exchange is the broker.

CME and ICE have got BTC futures contracts, which you can trade with all futures brokers ( with insane margin requirements). AMP included.

The broker has to support trading in the specific contracts even for supported exchanges, for example Amp does not allow trading in 6M Mexican Peso futures, BTC Bitcoin futures, or TN 10 Year Ultra T Note Futures last I checked.

BTW, where can one trade the Bitcoin perpetual contracts or a way to hold it longer term without monthly expiry, with leverage from the US?
