Alas, it appears that Element is out of business.
I put a deposit of over $3000 a few months ago, and I recently tried to get it back. I sent three emails, and I haven't heard anything back yet.
I also tried calling the number on their website. I think it goes to an answering service because someone live actually answers the phone, but he's obviously not involved in the company because he said he couldn't see if anyone was in the office.
When will I learn?

i think just last Friday their omNovia chatroom was disabled due to "account expired". meaning they didn't pay their bills.
One says they shut done and the other says the website is not working any more!
I saw above posts and i checked their website. The URL and website still working.
Is it true that finally they shut down and Charlie can not scam anyone else any more ? ( dont worry he will soon have another company with other names).
Please let others know if this is true.
