Why is one ok and the other not?
I will politely urge once again that everyone in the P&R be civil to one another and focus on posting about the issues instead of flinging insults at other posters. I recognize that there is significant disagreement on many issues; however it would be best if we can still be somewhat polite in our interactions with others.
There was a guy, Lucrum, posting here sometime back. Though I often disagreed with him, he was skilled at witty, clever and humorous put downs. His posts would have me laughing like hell sometimes, even when I was the deserving target of his sharp attacks. We could do with more of that and less of the crass, pointless, childish, and wholly irrelevant remarks we are having to endure in this thread. So thanks for your much needed comment.

It is good that you are now realising that there are ways to discuss.
