if it were not for guys like Des this site would be like coming to a church..
there are folks who enjoy it and there are those whose minds die there..
there are traders / they MUST fight lies as sticking to the truth is absolutely vital to them/ , there are gamblers and there are agenda pushers now go figure how to make peace among them..
as in any church - the person running it makes profit on BS as is the case more then often here..BUT, the point is ,with guys like Des ,even the pope /Baron/ learns a thing or two which he wouldn't if he kicked Des out
however,let us not have any illusions here - if Des ,with his truth bringing ability, would cause people /gamblers/ to leave this place he will be beheaded /same old fashioned centuries old working procedure/as there are far more gamblers than real traders here..paradoxically, if vanzadt and the likes want Des out they should leave first or at least threaten to leave! but where would they go??
btw, this write-up at the top of the front page saying: 'TRADERS HELPING TRADERS' is just fooking misleading.. of course traders like helping each other - BUT NOT IN TRADING! they might help how to lose/gain weight, stay healthy,etc ..but helping others how to WIN MY MONEY from me would be suicidal ..how come my favourite J. Simons never opens his trap as far as trading goes??? And he is million times more clever than me..
it is essential that other 'traders' stay healthy - they keep bringing more money to the table! I don't want them to die
so yes, take your q10 daily as Des recommends! /I follow it religiously so to speak/..

OK the forum is Baron's plaything and I've no problem with that, but I don't really want to waste my time here if topics disappear like that, there must be better options but it's up to Baron to figure it out if he wants.

Dude...This is not a plaything for Baron. Why not show some respect for a Forum operator that has had this Forum operating for over 20 years and there is nothing compared to it on the internet. I would ban your ass...but that is why I am not a Forum operator as I get too pissed.

Nowadays this isn't true for ANY website. And it wasn't true for ET even 10 years ago...
But to translate from English to English, what Smily Pete meant, that Baron is the boss and he has the right to remove threads if he wants to for any reasons. He just expressed it in a bit differently.
