1, 3 and 4 don't appear to directly contravene any site rules. If someone posts information which you say is untrue, you can post your own points in reply but you should be prepared to show proof that you are being truthful and he is not. Its up to you to actually prove he's a liar.

If you believe any person has obtained information about you illegally, I would suggest law enforcement or your lawyers should be the people to deal with this, not the forum. Its even possible that a criminal offence may have been committed, maybe even if these things are not put into the public domain.

2. "Excessive profanity" is against one of the site rules. But as he has not been banned, I guess the judgement is that it was not excessive.

5. So what? You can't expect everybody to be nice to you.

Facts - please visit my site, if you have time, take a look at our real legal documents and war, feel free to ask me any question if it is not clear. Then look at his more than 30 posts with all the above-mentioned violations present. There were other members having doubts about our story, but they made questions, which I answered everyone and the argument was over. His behavior is far away from acceptable. And I am not only one. - Op, 777. Xela, where Baron even deleted all the posts of the violent conversation.
His assaults on ET's members are continuously harmful, objectionable, and inaccurate. If someone has praised his mentoring on Pm, and happy to not be profitable for ten years, then they can set up how to met without ET.

In my short time here, I found ET as a supportive place, the space inhabitant by the like called people - risk takers, traders.
The healthy discussions are always helpful, but offenses, insults, meaningless information, breach of privacy are out of place and disturbing.
For not to say such posts downgrading the whole level of ET's conversations and certainly not helping anyone to be more profitable.

Sorry, disagree. My points 1 and 3 are clearly stated in the rules para 3 - one is not allowed to make " insulting or argumentitive without merit, unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another's privacy,"
As well point 4 is clearly scandalous, also towards the third innocent person, the USA's lawyer.

Thank you, maybe in the future. As for now we are conducting David and Goliath war and having at our side only two lawyers whom we was not able to pay anything till now. Still, once it is generated on ET, I would like to avoid such options because this place is really dear to me, I am very grateful to Baron and many members and would not dream to do anything which can eventually create some sort of damage to the ET's reputation.
Once he will be banished this will be over.

I am not sure the reason why he was not banished yet. Probably after years on ET, this fresh number of attacks were forgiven to him till now, I guess.
Moderators are certainly not lawyers to see who is saying the truth, but the way he assaulting members, I really wonder why he is still here or at least not called to behave and apologies.
No, certainly, I am not expecting everyone to be nice, but I am expecting to be polite and to maintained conversation at a certain level. Again, the proof is on my thread, when I landed here deeply wanted and stood with all initial attacks of many, to find than precious support of the few and real.

You want me to read three threads and many pages and multiple posts to find the evidence which you have seen, but you can't even post a quote or a link? Sorry, as I said, I haven't the time to organise your case for you.

How do I know how he got your electricity bill? Maybe you posted it on social media, maybe you emailed it to him, maybe he forged it. Maybe he's entitled to it from the provider. What does the provider say? Whichever way, you say he got it illegally, so show how.

Youtube? What Youtube do you mean? And isn't that in the public domain anyway?

What police assault? What are you alleging he did concerning this?

As to the competition with vanzandt, if vanzandt doesn't like something about it, that's up to him to deal with; why are you involved in that?
