I'm surprised with all the back and forths, there hasn't been a "well the jerk store called: they're all out of you!"

The shit show has hit new heights when the mods ban those calling out the bullshit and let the bullshitters keep posting. Have you seen the low level posts that are popping up daily with the same bullshit over and over demanding ( like they are owed shit) information on trading ( fuck them) or the naive ignorant posts on debating day trading v. Swing or some other meaningless bullshit.
Funny how many posts pop up of the " if cannot do it or understand it it is bullshit no matter what you say" theme or the " look at my 1 contract tick phucks, I am a master trader!"
Anyone who feels they need to show off and rave about returns here is just showing their ass. That is why it is so easy to spot the newbies who think they mastered it because if 3 months of good trading or are just faking it.
So those of us with years in this can easily spot the floating turds in this toilet and try to flush them but they just keep coming back.
No need to wait for a mod to weave the smallest bit of power to ever go to someone's head to ban me I will just self ban myself and stick to only posting in private messages/threads. If I were a mod the post count and numbers here would be cut in half but that does not work for advertising I guess.
So unless it is a private thread to answer i find no more use taking time away from trading to post in threads or read some of the posers who write 12 paragraphs of logorrhea or demand some prove to them traders make money. Trading is not a science with proofs and no one owes you shit just because you are a failure.

It's a fact of life there are always going to be a sea of wannabee traders puffing out their chests.
There are some on ET who have been here quite some long time and can't help drawing attention to themselves and how good they are and some make it a sport of putting down others in order to in their mind promote themselves.
Also, weekends are worse, the weekday burgerflippers have two days off and come here to talk nonsense.
The only way I can cope with the deluge of BS is by putting them on ignore, they have nothing to offer me, no point fighting them, most never go away, those that do are replaced by new recruits.
This may sound cynical, but trading BS should Not be discouraged but encouraged.
Fact is, trading is every man and woman for themselves.
The more BS the better, it encourages the noobs, the losers encourage other losers, it creates one happy family of BS artists.

The (boldfaced) above is obv partly directed at me and you're entitled to you opinion. I've got dozens of threads authored with thousands of trades posted in R/T. I've authored threads while busting dealers (Trinitas and Oanda). There isn't anything posted here or elsewhere that approaches that. So yeah, I think that I've contributed some and am as entitled as anyone to call out BS.
I forwarded my ET post related to Buffett's index-put loss to Barrons and other outlets. I forwarded it to CNBC (mentioned on-air during Power Lunch) and BRK which resulted in BRK acknowledging the MTM loss and taking the write-down. I was the first to report Bruno Iksil's loss.
To say that a vet of this board who's posted persistent arbitrages is trolling for sport or self-promotion is off-point.

You obviously have not seen my journal, also, placing a trade this morning on mkt open, ASX.
It will be in the journal like every trade I do last few months.
Years ago there were tons of detailed trading threads and a few douche waffles. Now the ratio is completely flipped and this site is really about traffic not trading.
