Is it possible to make stock transfers from IB to other accounts not on your name?

I want to make a stock transfer as a donation to a foundation brokerage account, they can even create an account at IB if necessary. IB instructions says the receiving account needs to be yours but there is gotta be a way to do this

Typically a transfer request with a signature quarantee from your bank or broker will do the job. This is not a notary stamp, ask for a signature guarantee. Specify the specific shares, purchase date, price in document for maximum tax benefit if it is just a portion. IRS love to bust balls on charitable cotribution if you don't spell it out.
