Is it possible to feed my stock list to TWS scanner?

I am trying find naked options to sell. Sadly EXAS IV is way down. AMBA is still sort of working. I m looking
for more opportuniites. What I want to do is feed a list a stocks (.csv format maybe) into the TWS scanner and get a list
out of ranking say by IV maybe plus some price and volume conditions. My idea is I then think some and then change
the list and feed it back into the scanner again. I really do not want to keep seeing HLF.
