Apologies but I didn't wade through the entire thread. The OP wanted to know if it was possible to make $5k a month trading two lots.
While it's certainly possible, provided you hit a great market, but it practice it will rarely happen.
A two lot in the ES is $100 a point. If your average win is 2 points or $200, you'll need 25 of them. Average a more realistic $100 per win, and suddenly you need 50. But you need 50 from breakeven, which means you need those 50 on top of covering your losers.
To see how utterly unrealistic this is, look at it from a return on equity. You need maybe $6k in margin to trade two lots of ES. Say you are conservative and don't go beyond a prudent three times margin, so your account needs $18k. Let's round it to $20k ( I realize that this seems absurdly conservative for some of you. The rest of us will still be here next year however.)
$5k a month on a $20k account is 25% per month or 300% annualized. Possible for short periods? Yes, but show me any fund that has ever done this regularly.
