Is it ok to post a link to a program I bought?

I recently found a very inexpensive Excel FX trading journal that is quite impressive, especially for the price. Is it ok to post a link to it in the FX section and comment on it? I'm not affiliated, I wouldn't be spamming. I just think it would benefit other FX traders who may be looking for something like this.

The links that get busted are those we suspect are from members promoting their own products.
In this case, I would say, post away.
