Is it now safe to say Obama is a war criminal?

I've been curious about something you just mentioned, "doubled down in Afghanistan". What does that mean, a doubling of troop numbers there?

LOL, its hard to explain, doubling down definately, does not mean he "doubled" the troops in afghanistan. All he did was add to it. I dunno.... in my eyes doubling down means following exactly what someone else did,(outside the gambling community.) and copying them. What is your point?

Doubled down is kind of like "Forget about it" off donnie brasco....... It has lots of meanings depending on the people you are with. :D
