Is it Illegal to Interview a Trader in a Firm?

Quote from BNB Analytics:

I'd like to do an interview for a site and I want to know if it is legal or illegal to interview someone who is currently working in the securities industry? I would ask him questions regarding his opinion on the public financial news like the lowering of interest rates and how it has effected the economy and trading world sofar.

BnB, I'm glad to see you found the trading section! Could you please give us some of your best stock market plays going forward? I'd be happy to pay for your wisdom. Thanks! Bob

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

That sums it up!

Think about it, if that was the case how could CNBC interview 30 under 30 or even Phil Flynn from Alaron Trading for that matter. Or that's right BNB probably doesn't know whom I am referring to. :D

Does Congress run an Investment Bank I don't know of lol... Congress may not make any laws but the private sector can certainly make your job disappear if you talk to outside media without permission :).
