To understand Islam you'd need to understand Arabic. Any and all western translations, I've been told by religious scholars And western educated Muslims simply doesn't do justice to it.
For example the concept of Virgins in heaven is an interpretation that simply doesn't hold up.
Comparatively it is just as violent and just as peaceful as the three desert dogmas. Not all Muslims embrace the violent aspects. Clearly there are some who do as as some christians Jews etc
