Is India still halted?

Market reopened. Sensex is down 1140 Nfifty is down 352. They had the Finance minister a little while ago. Bull is still bleeding.

Shit, even IB has taken a (US) patriotic stance by eliminating (temporarily??) reduced intraday futures margin requirements.
