Is IB's data stream down again?

with futures, 3 seconds can be the difference between winning and losing
 
Do not log out today. I closed the application this morning and when I opened it back up I had the blank screen with no quotes, just ?'s across the board

Weird, cause that often fixes problems.

If you are talking about the frozen quotes, it can be a recurring problem until we find and fix the ultimate cause. We are doing everything we can to accomplish this.

You need to find yourself a different chart solution. Use Medved, Ensign, Sierra. None of them is expensive.
