Is IB completely down now and for more than 30 minutes!!!?

I have been logged on in Paris for past 90-minutes (from 4:30 am est) data intermittent and slow... was able to backfill and transmit orders, able to cancel orders when noticed erratic behavior...
 
Not me. I couldn't place orders when my screen went pink. I logged out (bad idea) and now couldn't get back in.

Can someone give me a quote on ES, YM, and ER2? I would greatly appreciate it.

IB said on their conference call they weere building a backup data centre. Guess it isn't finished yet. I cannot login from London.
