is Friday worth trading

Just wanted to get your take on Friday emini trading... is it worth watching considering the 1/2 day trading and probably light volume.

I'm havent been trading that minis too long so wanted to see what the experienced traders feel.

Basically want to avoid it if often turns out to be a chop day or very low liquidity.

It varies - expect low participation, and exaggerrated moves. I think its worth it, if you're mentally and physically prepared. Trading isnt like some office job where you can overeat, drink etc and show up for work and take a nap.
