Is everyone in a fullblown panic because of coronavirus?

Ireland is doing the right thing. They only have 43 cases yet they are smart enough to know they have to flatten the curve to not overwhelm their healthcare system before the country gets completely wrecked.
Ireland will come out of this stronger than most other countries for taking these steps now.

So much stuff out there, but I recall reading that this is the method in which SE Asia is using to primarily treat problematic infections. Apologies that I cannot remember where I read it.
Here's an interesting question I was thinking as I drove into work this morning...
Why is India, a country with sanitary conditions so poor and overpopulated such that it is essentially 1.8 Billion people having a sleepover every night only at less than 90 active cases while neighboring China is ground zero?

Maybe, because the Corona Virus started in Wuhan, China? There are reports that the Chinese were involved in developing biological weapons in Wuhan, China. That somehow, the virus escaped and got into people in the area. Take note, that President Donald Trump offered the Chinese help investigate the cause of the Corona Virus and the Chinese refused. They also, lied about the number of people infected and how many died. Remember too, that they built hurriedly, 2 prefab hospitals with 1,000,000 beds a piece in Wuhan, China? Recently, they put 10 large incinerators in Wuhan, China. Why? Now, the Chinese say they have only a trickle of infections yet, they have not treated anyone with a vaccine? Does it even make sense? Communist Chinese have been lying thru their teeth, over and over again.
Good question.
Even Chinese wouldn't go there?
Even Corona would not survive in those conditions?
Also all the poor Indians who go overseas to work go to Dubai/Abu Dhabi.
There just is not the same transfer of people as there was between Iran and China.
