EDGX is fine for taken liquidity, and the routing fee is only .0029.

Platform Adding Removing Routing
EDGX Tape A $(0.0025) $0.0026 $0.0029
EDGX Tape B $(0.0025) $0.0026 $0.0029
EDGX Tape C $(0.0025) $0.0026 $0.0029
EDGA FREE FREE $0.0029

However I prefer BATS over any other ECN. BATS is now a little bit faster fills than other ECNs even NSDQ.

Securities Adding Removing Routing

Tape A (NYSE Listed) $.0024 $.0025 $.0029*
Tape B (Regionals) $.0030 $.0025 $.0029
Tape C (Nasdaq Listed) $.0024 $.0025 $.0029**
