No sadly i suck at daytrading lol but it's the dream so I'm going to keep going until cracked or dead.

I still make more in a good day than a swing trader would account % wise.

Ofcourse bad days ruin this.

True that. In my experience, bad days happen because after a string of good days, I believe I'm invincible and deviate from my system. Though the longer you stay in this business, the better you get at taming those urges.

I go to get rich quick mode, try to hard, blow up then self doubt come in and trashed.

Trying to break this cycle currently.
 
It takes experience to trigger the best consequent from the antecedent.
And to match the peculiar cases with the best suited antecedents.

Try 2DHLB - good for a nice little move a good bit of the time.

You can also try ORB - harder but gets you in earlier.

And, there is another way, that works for most stocks that are in sync with SPX - but I can't tell you that one, as you might laugh at me:D

No Scalper, current thinking ( subject to change ) is 5sma Open and some Envelopes for Range guesstimation, I'm up 10% with 1 hour traded this week and no losers :)

Reason is simple - you are relying on lagging information to make a decision - this is like removing the penis after ejaculation :D
