You get 90% of people with it wont get tested, the infected rate is only the tested people,90% dont get tested do you not understand so therefore the actual infected rate is likely 10% that.
14% of people tested with it have no symptons, so its possible 50% of the people with it will have no idea they've even had it so no reason to get tested
