Is COESfx in trouble???

Hi guys,

I have a friend who's account has been frozen at CoesFX. I understand that they have a new FCM called SpotFX Clearing Corp, so CoesFX is technically not the FCM anymore:

But I noticed SpotFX Clearing Corp had it's NFA member status suspended as of Oct. 4th, 2006:

Does anybody know what is going on at Coesfx? I see on ForexBastards.com that somebody can't get there money out as well.
