Is Citi ready to pop ?

Hi,

I just wanted to get some opinions on Citi. It looks like the financials are starting to rally and Citi will be reporting earning on the 18th(.08 eps is expected). What are you thoughts on getting a long position in this stock. I have a "feeling" we might see 7 or 8 dollar price tag this year.
