The most relevant period would be the most recent, her disastrous stint as Secretary of State. There she stained the office by openly selling access to donors to the family slush fund, orchestrated a disastrous series of failed coups and interventions in the middle east and Ukraine and brazenly lied to the family members of the brave Seals killed in Benghazi.

Her presidential campaign was notable for using a law firm as a cut out to fund the phony Russian collusion "dossier", which was produced with the assistance of the intelligence agencies of foreign countries. Not only did she commit campaign finance violations, she also misused the CIA and FBI to spy on her opponent's campaign and to plant false stories about him.

Whatever. The most depressing thing is you are probably right in part. She could well be an improvement over the nutcases, unrepentant communists and career hacks making up the current dem field.
