Is Bush risking his presidency on Iraq?

1] the power does shift towards the US' interest (Horray!)
2] some time down the road, it comes back and bites off their ass


and for 1]... the defense/war/oil industry gets fatter

and for 2]... our young solders spill their blood, and countless other innocent men, women and children die.

What a tradeoff!

How can we be so naive??

Yep, and Dick is safely underground. Safe from the SEC, enemies with guns, and safe from the sunlight, which I'm sure hasn't touched his pasty skin in years.

The thing that struck me about Dick was that during the election, he seemed really confident they were going to win, whereas W acted like he was on the dating game.

I think Dick earned like $25mil the year before he ran for VP. Nothing spells confidence like $25mil.

I really don't like Dick. I don't know why, maybe it's because he reminds me of the Big Lebowski (the older one, yes). I see Dick, and I can't help hearing "The bums lost!!! Your revolution is over, Mr. Lebowski! My condolences!!"
