My interpretation: We are going to Instinet and staying with SLK. We will give traders a choice. Nasdaq traders will have the option to use Gr8trade, and listed traders will use REDI.
Most of brights volume is in listed so shouldn't sever relationship with SLK. Blah blah blah......who cares......lets move on......

Actually, that is a good read on the subject. I didn't start this thread, but I don't want to be accused of "dodging" anything....we have big plans for 2003..
