Is Bloomberg to blame for Occupy Wall Street?

Bloomberg said there may be riots across the country about the economy.

After that, Occupy Wall Street started up their protests.

Now they're growing across the country.
 
No, He got wind of occupy wallstreet and the group forming. He warned like a day or two before Sept 17th the first day of the protests.

They were planning to Assemble before he mentioned anything about it, he just caught wind of it.
