Is anyone using TT @ any broker?

Greetings from Rosy.

Is anyone here using the new TT platform (not X Trader) at AMP or any other broker? I see some information in various threads on this site but there seems to be scant details and no reviews at all from anyone who is actually using it (not the demo) to trade.

We service customers via AMP on TT, and AMP provides good service and support, specially Joe at the trade desk.

Im using TT with AMP. I have to say that platform and service is very good, and execution extremelly good, but I have recently an issue (in my order book appears an order I never sent, probably other using the IP they gave me?) and as Matt says to you, Joe told me they will get the log for me to discover what happened.

Javier, thanks for your reply. I'm very interested in whether your problem is a platform issue or not. Keep in mind that if this turns out to be a platform issue, the log you are waiting for from Joe may similarly report erroneously.

If it were me, I'd try replicating the trade sequence to see if the issue recurs. And if it does, that would settle it.

I can find nothing on the Optimus site about the new TT platform; I only see X Trader.
 
I apologize, we did not have a chance to add it on yet. It was a recent release.
If you ask for a demo on our TT pages, we will send you the files for the new TT.

@Javier please email trading@ampfutures.com your AMP account number. After checking with the desk, they are unaware of any recent request like this...we will pull the exchange trade logs for you.
