Unfortunately, it doesn't, as the increase in tax revenues for the government would be a fraction of what is needed to maintain the system to which you refer. There are several clear reasons for this, but two of the most obvious are the fact that not all workers are in jobs where the employer pays out that kind of premium. Also, the fact that a rapidly aging population will need more and more expensive health care but will not be contributing to the GDP and therefore will not be generating income for the employers.
