Is ALU a buy rightnow??

Lucent-Alcatel has certaintly taken a beating, but is it a buy now? Corporate management is making several changes including selling off a few divisions, streamlining the company and making the right moves. Lucent and Alcatel were both powerhouses when they operated separately back in the 1990s and 2000s. Lucent, trading then as LU was one of the darling stock picks.

After the consolidation, are about to see a rebirth in ALU? Is the Phoeniz arising from the ashes? Could be.

nut yea , you culd place a buystop at 4.20

as , we are in an uptrend and breached the 3.80 area. we are somewaht regaining strength... (weekly/daily)

wait a retesst of 3.80 or a breach of 4.20

I'm looking for quality companies that are undervalued and see ALU as being such a company. They have good products and are restructoring. I see growth going forward. Was curious as to what others may be thinking.
 
From way I view ALU chart, Short term down, medium term topping, and it has retraced 50%ish, I can't see buying into this.

From a charting approach, ERIC shows better chance of going up, it been basing since November and pays small dividend.
