Is all fertilizer and potash trading OTC upstairs ?

Got a email today from a fund looking for someone with trading experience. I don't know this market and it appears it's all OTC. Anyone know more ?

Yes, all bilateral physical OTC. And btw their biggest intrinsic cost variable is the price of natural gas - in fact, they hedge for it.

I'm expecting it by 2018-20. Have to complete mergers, get rid of excess capacity and flush out weak players.
