Is the trader's path lonely?

I wake up at 3:30 in the morning, make a coffee, then go trade on the German market, my trades are going well. But something came to mind today, is a trader's life really that lonely? Are there trader groups where people trade together?

I like it, I feel alone, with no one to bother me, enjoying the day as the first rays of the sun rise.

Do you feel alone negotiating, do you like it?

What country are you from? What market times do you trade? Only EU session or US session as well?

It's lonely and for many of us it works best. Ideally I'd prefer a drinking buddy that also trades, would be interesting to share some ideas in a very loose manner. In my case, the location makes it very unlikely, most who do trading are just gambling.

A drinking friend who also trades would be really good, sometimes I talk about trades with people who don't trade, and I get euphoric, and no one understands this emotion, lol afterwards I feel embarrassed, but that's okay. I think girls like that talk more, I think. They like to talk about many things.

Be careful if you chit chat.
You have to concentrate, and stay focus on trading.

I am from Europe but only trade during the US session.

This means i have plenty of time during the day before i start trading to go out and get social, i would assume you could do the same when you are done?

You start very early so when do you usually call it a day and stop trading for the day?

Yeah, I'm long past any euphoria. I've found that stories about the stress and nightmares are far more entertaining for the common folk.

I was never much of a day trader, preferred swing trading.
The best 10 day stretch years ago, I made $190K, triple leveraged TQQQ or maybe it was CURE.
I'd insist to my wife we had to go to a restaurant on Friday, a nice place.
That's when I realized my trading made me similar to a mobster.
You can't talk about it to anyone except similar traders (or mobsters ).
If you don't work in a B/D, nobody else understands.
My wife (of 35 years) doesn't even want to hear the details, just the P&L.
You are not imagining the loneliness.
It is there for most traders.
