Is a Trader Employer or Employee ? Is Trading a Business or Job ?

Just make money. -- who cares about titles and labels. -- You either make money in trading, or you don't. ;):banghead:
Yes most important is not about tittle, but we can making money or not, as employee or employer in forex, if we can making good profit, we will get financial freedom, but if we fail in business, then depending us will continue or stop

Employer, out of passion for business, builds an organisation by employing resources like investment, manpower, infrastructure, system, etc. and personally works to integrate them and make them work towards one purpose...RIO. His major work is to make the organisation work.

What does RIO stands for?

By the way, "Never give up" is the attitude Jack Ma emphasized most.

It's good suggestion, never give up, it's mean as trader they need strong mentality, which although faced many kinds obstacle, but will never stop learning, they have goal business for future life

Forex is business in my view, but also we can treat as job, like as if we become IB or partner broker, hence we get commission if we get many client to register under our link affiliate, but if we trade forex hence result from trading is always vary.

I think it is because unless you pay and ask for it, you don't see your name and person who took other side of your trade on the Contract, most don't see day trading futures as a business, and most likely since they don't see as a business, one of many reasons many crash and burn. I view it as I am a business owner. The contracts are real and the obligation, if I don't get out of a contract where I was long Crude Oil, I am obligated to take procession of 1000 barrels. I don't want 1,000 barrels of crude on my land, damn Mexicans would steal it at night.

Where the hell is that wall !!!
