IRS Targeted Donors To Tea Party Groups

http://www.judicialwatch.org/press-...-documents-used-donor-lists-to-target-audits/

The republicans in congress couldn't get to the bottom of this scandal, but Judicial Watch keeps turning up more and more smoking guns.

This time they managed to get their hands on emails showing an effort to go after donors to conservative groups. And liberals keep demanding that all groups have to disclose their donors, tax exempt or not. Guess we know why they want that information now. So they can put the IRS on them.

The problem is no one is apparently interested in doing anything to punish those responsible for this. They violated IRS rules, the First Amendment, lied to congress, the President lied about it...and the response is...chirp...chirp...chirp.

You can bet if it were the NAACP, the media and congress would be treating it as a major scandal and heads would be rolling. Both parties despise the Tea Party however, so they could care less. Congress could punish the IRS in a way that insured it never happens again. How? By a crippling budget cut that would force massive layoffs. That is the one thing, other than a criminal prosecution, which isn't happening in this lawless administration, that sends a cold shiver down a bureaucrat's spine. Don't hold your breath.

Ahh, the tea party...

"It’s impossible for you to have been more wrong, Rick [Santelli]. Your call for inflation, the destruction of the dollar, the failure of the U.S. economy to rebound. Rick, it’s impossible for you to have been more wrong. Every single bit of advice you gave would have lost people money, Rick… There is no piece of advice that you’ve given that’s worked, Rick. Not a single one… The higher interest rates never came. The inability of the U.S. to sell bonds never happened. The dollar never crashed, Rick. There isn’t a single one that’s worked for you."

ahh, the keynesians.

It's impossible for them to have been more wrong in their aggregate demand theories seeing as how unemployment went higher than they said it would go if there was no stimulus and six years later they still can't bring themselves to raise rates above zero. Because the economy is too weak. After six friggin years.

Thats pretty funny coming from a keynesian, 7 years out and the printing presses are still rolling just to try to keep the world afloat, and Yellend and the guys at the fed are so scared they cant even raise rates a quarter point. If this is what keynesians call winning id hate to see how bad it has to get for them to consider their policy a loss. We are now in a race to the bottom with every other g7 country in the world trying to destroy their currency, its only a matter of time before ours goes down the shitter with theirs, cause we sure as hell cant continue growing with a strong dollar.

Rick underestimated the lengths the Federal Reserve and central banks around the world would go to in order to prop up a diseased and rancid economy.

As for his predictions, many are still on the table and will eventually play out.

Exactly. If a quarter point rate rise is so horrific, what does that say for the market, let alone the economy.

Yeah yeah, "it's coming".

Everyone into gold!
