Iron Condor - Credit received vs. Profit in Analyse chart

I don't use TOS so I dunno. Do you get a daily statement from TOS, either e-mailed or accessible online? If yes, find the one for the date of the trade and look for trade details. Plan B would be to look for a Trade Confirmation page when logged in. It's gotta be under one of their rocks. You just have to turn over the right one :D

One other thing, for TOS, since this is an iron condor trade, can i assume that the profit and loss figures under the Profits and Losses under the monitor tab means nothing?
 
Yep, that's it and it shows a 7 cent credit for selling the IC so that eliminates the possibility that it was otherwise. At this point, either you are modeling two ICs in the software or it just isn't accurately calculating the P&L correctly. I can't help you with the Monitor tab question since I don't use TOS. Color me cautious so lastly, I'd suggest that you blank out personal info when posting screen shots.

moolah: Did you remove either your "position" or your "simulated trade" to get rid of the duplicate trades, causing your extra $7 mystery? -- Take one off, unless you want the duplication.

I "think" he is just not yet familiar with the tool (TOS). Using their PlayMoney "Simulated Trading", is a great way to get familiar with TOS, without risking money for working out kinks with the tool. The "fill" values, are not necessarily realistic, as it assumes fills at the MID, for the most part, which sometimes is far from reality. For someone NEW to TOS, there are lots of details to work through! An like so many tools in recent years, few are intuitive!
 
Using a virtual trader is a good way to learn the platform you're going to use. The first day that I was 'live' on IB about 20 years ago, I inadvertently sold some naked puts. No harm since I closed them for a tiny gain a few minutes later but it got my attention pretty quick.

this is the correct answer. on the analyze tab where it says "ALL" you can click the dropdown and have it hide current positions or simulations. You're showing a simulated $0.07 IC (you can tell from the red background, positions are black background) on top of an "executed" identical $0.07 IC. There's also an include/exclude commissions button up there which is helpful because unless you have a reduced commissions schedule you'd net a lot less on such a cheap spread.
