It's really simple and no modeling necessary. You have a risk of $2 per spread in either direction. You received a 7 cent credit which is you maximum profit. Your maximum risk is therefore $1.93

You might consider the possibility that if it's not human error then it could be software error. Either way, it's a $7 potential profit per IC.
Did you try "bouncing" TOS? -- Terminate, then start TOS again? -- While the exact issue you observe, I have not seen, I have had many others, that killing, then restarting did resolve.
Can you paste a screen shot of the entire Analyze page? There could be an issue we can spot, that you may not have noticed! -- You can use a number of programs for that, or even from TOS:
Does your confirmation ticket (or statement) list the fills on each of the four legs? If so, could you provide the details? It's a long shot but we're all assuming that the fill was for 7 cents as you stated. Let's double check that. If it was for 7 cents and you only sold one then the only other choice is software error and you would need to take that up with TOS.
Down near the bottom left of your Analyze page, change "Show All" to "Hide Simulations"!
You may have a simulation plus your actual trade, which represents your duplication. I notice that the scroll bar on the lower right is indicating information you are not displaying -- scrolling to them should disclose what is being represented. Note: the BP effect, does imply the trade is equivalent to 2 of the IC's you reference.
