Charles Schumer says under the Ex-Patriot act, Eaton would be forever forbidden to do business in the USA and all its assets will be seized by the Federal government to be auctioned off at a later date. Furthermore, the executive management of Eaton will be expelled and prohibited from setting foot in the USA on pain of death.
