Yes. I did some research before posting.
You can buy Dinars on ebay.
And easy enough to convert.
The questions are.
1.Will the money be redeemed if Iraq goes to a different currency?
2.Will it be revalued?
3.Will Iraq stabilize?
4.Will the Dinar be a world currency?

Too many questions, and too few reliable sources of news.
