So Tresor watches some Youtube video which features small snipets of news articles which were taken completely out of context and then suddenly, he is an expert on international affairs.

Let me guess, the CIA operation was undertaken because of pressure from the Jews. That seems to be your take on all world events. According to Tresor, there is always a sinister Jew behind everything.
