Iran wins the propaganda war no matter what happens at least in Round 1.
Russia's (and China's) interests suggest a veto of any measures which might have teeth.
Iran has had a long history of interest things nuclear. Has anyone wondered why this is suddenly such a surprise or threat? Our response is starting to feel like another Iraq.
