Iran had no intention of sticking with any deal. They know that these US leaders are sickie narcissists. Bill Clinton gave North K billions to not develop nukes, they took the money and went right on with the nuke thingy, psychopaths are like that. Psychopaths rise to the top in marxist and muzzie situations, they are masters of chaos and get to the top by killing people and stay there the same way. A smart leader would recognize this and go into every potential enemy culture and off the psychopaths as fast as they could find them.
