The take over of US embassy by Iranians was an indirect result of the revolution which was a direct result of CIA's AJAX operation. It was US who started (by overthrowing a democratic government of Iran), not Iranians.
As far as funding Hezbollah or Hamas goes, these are organizations that oppose US-subsidised Israel.
You might want to take this simple quizz:

or
b) Iran started funding Hezbollah and Hamas first (both organization were founded in 80s)?

Your choice. I am sticking to my point that Iran has not attacked any other country nor it started any war for the last three centuries.
