IQfeed sucks

This is a major issue IMO. Never had a problem with them before this. I queried AAPL from 6/16-7/1, no data. They should send out notification to people that there is an issue, so far you are the first to alert me to this.... This has been going on for a week???
 
I just had a look through my db, I've got about 1300 NYSE stocks and none of them seem to be missing any data in this interval. It'll be interesting to see what they say.
 
If you query IQFeed for AAPL minute bars between 6/16 and 7/1 there is a void for example. I also see voids with IBM, C, GS to name a few. ES seems fine, so maybe futures are unaffected. I am only looking at minute bars, so maybe tick/daily data etc are okay?

ES seems OK here too.
 
They've come back and said the problem is fixed, but they don't seem to want to disclose the details (contracts, data types). Their answer is refresh your data past X, which is just a huge PITA.
