If USDNOK was the only pair added at 9:00 p.m. it must be at 10:00 p.m. that IQ Option adds the lion's share of Forex selections.
 
Here is your tentative schedule of when 15-minute binary options become available at IQ Option (Pacific Standard Time). You will need to check it next week for accuracy.
