I spoke to the IPE as well, don't expect much in the way of quotes. Though a group may start to make markets soon.

I'm not sure what you're talking about. You can pull up a chain via the TWS. If anyone quotes, you'll see it. if no one is quoting there is nothing to see. if you want to place an order, place one. the problem is that no one is making markets and no one is placing any orders. if you're asking IB to make markets - that isn't going to happen since IB does not trade for it's own account.

we have too many strikes listed. if you use the main page you can get all the strikes up to 90. just the same though - no one is quoting and volume is virtually nil.

Besides IB's web site doesn't show them as available for trading:

I can see only FUTURES, no OPTIONS.

perhaps I jumped the gun again as I have them on mine - which is an internal account. in any event, it looks like they are being rolled out. given the volumes and lack of markts being made, i wouldn't expect much though.
