To find the host name from an IP address, you can also do:

H:\>ping -a 66.94.234.13

Pinging w2.rc.vip.scd.yahoo.com [66.94.234.13] with 32 bytes of data:

Reply from 66.94.234.13: bytes=32 time=83ms TTL=51

That's another method, yep. There are tons of ways to do it. Also, you can use a website such as www.dnsstuff.com to do a forward DNS lookup.
