Investigators probe Essex Boys traders who made £570million in an afternoon betting on oil prices as they enjoy high life of Ferrari racing, polo in Argentina and eight-bedroom mansions

Sounds like they are looking to blame them for the crash in oil prices, like they blamed the Hound of Hounslow (Narinder Sarao) for the stock market flash crash in 2010.
