It would seem like with all the home forclosures etc going on now might be a good time to invest in auction companies and other industries that stand to benefit.
There is another I can't recall right now. Just south of me they had 1 or 2 homes 5 months ago that had sold for as much as 280k that started at 70k, but I am sure sold for much higher as they are in very nice neighborhoods.
