Inverted head and shoulders on the SPX?

AMT mentioned he would be out the rest of the week spending time with his family. I can only speculate but on the remaining positions he has closed them since they came back to his entry and is probably standing aside waiting for the next zone to put a position on.

Short the world @ ES 800?

Lunch time presented an area of heavy initiated buying at the 58 level

First long was an attempt to piggy back on the longs after the first retrace.

Second long was a highly favorable net delta knocking at the door of the 58 longs. Tried to get in another long @ 58, then 59 before price ran off.

Last tgt was supposed to be 771.. ehh.. but kinda botched it :D

anyways, scaled out in 3rds and each scale out was:
+2, +3, +.25, +2.5, +6, +5.5

ok now someone else post their chart :p

Nice chart mate... and good trading regardless... as anything, it takes some time to adjust when adding a new tool to the toolbox.

Can't get to use this technique as the indicator I have doesn't accumulate the delta readings across days...

just wondering how you coded the indicator to retain previous sessions delta readings as ninja is not supposed to be able to do it?

I'm not closing NT between sessions so i'm at the mercy of NT stability... haven't felt like coming up with a solution to make the data persistent. NinjaTrader support, fine folks and business professionals that they are, refuse to publish a list of upcoming features so I don't know if something like this will be in the new release.

Ok, back to NT forums so I can read more posts about what else they don't support or aren't allowed to say about new features... I'm not bitter :D

Thanks PineBilly.....yes I had a hard stop for the last portion of my 771.00 short entries that hit and stopped out at 768.00 today when I was out. I have not re-entered the market at this time and as I stated earlier in this thread the other day, I would wait for the low 800's if this last zone I was tracking was taken out.

The only way I would sell this market prior to the next zone in the low 800's, is if we formed a new delta zone in the days ahead from new distributions. :)

I feel like many of you have picked up some good ideas and I hope that I was able to demonstrate another method to work this market each day. If you keep analyzing the various uses of the intrabar and cumulative delta, I am sure you will find additional advantages to expand your trading capabilities each day. :)

***chuckt101 - nice trades!

Yes.....I will be watching the low 800's if we can just get up there! :D

Selling in that area will be ripe with excellent price rotations imo. This area will be enhanced by LONG's that may be as much as 200+ points in the money itching to take profits into each dramatic pullback off resistance zones. :)

Have a great night all! :)

Thanks, AMT, for the comment and especially for your generosity. You've enlightened us all to a very objective manner in which we can analyze price movement.

I have no doubt the CD tool is one I will use for quite some time. In fact, I'm only here to type this as I take a break from coding my own volume ladder/footprint tool in NinjaTrader tonight. :D
